Structural Analysis Engineer - Will be a technical member of the F/A-18 Structural Analysis Department. Position requires experience in Structural Analysis Methods and documentation, detailed analysis procedures, FEM analysis, NASTRAN and PATRAN and complex models of metallic and advanced composite aircraft structures. Desired skills include familiarity with layout sizing and structural integrity evaluations. An understanding of external and internal loads development along with FORTRAN, NASTRAN/PATRAN, MECHANICA and C++ programing experiences would also be beneficial. BASIC QUALIFICATION Candidates must have a strong background in static and fatigue analysis and an excellent knowledge in Structure tools and methods. Must possess excellent communication, presentation, writing, leadership and people skills. The position requires B.S. degree in Engineering. Minimum 14 years related experience. Candidates with SECRET Clearance are preferred. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Candidates with prior F/A-18 experience are preferred |
